I had a very traumatic dental experience back in India during my teenage years, which left me so fearful that I avoided visiting a dentist for almost 19 years!
And then came Dr. Ketki Nichal. ❤️
From my very first visit, she has been nothing but gentle, patient, understanding, and incredibly caring. What makes her truly special is that she never forgets my past experiences or the fears I walked in with. Every single time, she goes that extra mile to make sure I feel safe, comfortable, and reassured throughout the procedure.
Whether it's a cavity filling or any other dental treatment, she takes the time to understand my concerns and makes sure I never have to relive those unpleasant experiences.
The biggest transformation? Today, I can confidently walk into a dental clinic all by myself, sit in that chair, and feel completely comfortable with the procedures. Something I never imagined would be possible!
I lovingly call her "Dr. Kind" because that's exactly who she is. Kindness isn't just something she shows occasionally; it's part of how she treats her patients.
